I provided thorough training to native English-Tutor on teaching methods to non-native speakers, including both children and adults. I recruited qualified English teacher and conducted the interview to support the online teaching platform and the needs of English learners. I also represented the face of the department to attract and gain customer's trust, also participated in short film making to introduce people about our department

I was responsible for maintaining the performance rate and exposure on eBay, Amazon, Facebook and Instagram. In a team, we aintained the overall 99.8 rating platform performance, attended events both locally and online, meetings and group deals. Coordinated carrier services such as DHL and UPS both in Taiwan and internationally. Corresponded actively with international clients and created content such as photoshoot and writings on social media.

I learned how to make a cup of coffee with quality and satisfy the needs of international customers. I helped create a hygienic and pleasant atmosphere for the customers and colleagues. For customers who come to Starbucks, they expect high service experience and quality. I was able to meet beyond the standards and adapted to the bustling crowds in Taipei.

This program offers interdisciplinarity that combines more academic studies into one. It deals with the complex of literature, culture, language, history, journalism, communication, media, politic, gender, and so on particularly in North America and Canada.
