Implement transfer pricing changes to the subsidiaries through continual profitability analysis and year-end adjustments.

• Consult, support and advise the group affiliates on queries relating to the finance policies. • Ensure corporate finance topics are adequately considered and covered in M&A deals.

Responsible for subsidiary financing activities and optimizing local capital structure. Manage tax objectives within transfer pricing bounds.
