Supervised the construction of a residential high-rise building (28 floors). Supervised construction of Nubaria Dairy Farm, Phase 1, 650 Fadden's. Dreamland Housing Area, Supervised construction of Dreamland Tennis Court. Supervised construction of Dreamland Theme Park. Designed water supply and wastewater systems for Dream Park.

Construction of 380 KV Over-Head Transmission Line (OHTL) from Riyadh to Al-Kharj. Created a new method to check the piles excavation (location and verticality) and an amazing solution to carry and adjust the steel reinforcement to x, y and z until pouring Construction of all civil and piping works for Al–Jawf Power Plant Extension for 2 gas turbines – Al-Jawf. - Prepared, independently, all site modifications and shop drawings. - Prepared quantity surveying sheets and invoices.

Site Manager (October 1992 - November 1993) • Construction of civil and finishing works for a 12 –floors building for Prince Sultan Bin Abdul Aziz, Al Shamiyah, Makkah. Site engineer (April 1992 – October 1992) • Construction of civil and finishing works for the Blue Beach and Diving club for Al-Bilad Hotel, Obhor, Jeddah.
