Position duties : • Designed system architecture (landscape + Communication with third parties) • Worked with the customer for gathering requirements and business process analysis/improvements, • Aligned with the third parties regarding the processes and communication protocols, • Participated in the design/build of the modules in the scope and custom solutions, • Implemented change management and user acceptance testing methodology, • Managed change request design and development with the team.

• Defined and validated the project budget and plan, • Project team sizing and construction, • Participated in the workshops with the customer to define the user requirements and create work packages, • Implemented the standard Modules (Time management, Payroll, Personal Administration, Organizational management, Reporting), • Followed up of the change request design and development, • Participated in the change management process.

• Setup roles and determination of responsibilities of the excellence and innovation delivery center (Offshore center), • Setup of the organization focused on quality and timely delivery, • Defining roles and profiles to recruit in the team, • Recruiting of the appropriate profiles, • Preparation and validation of implementation/development plans related to SAP HCM projects and follow up with the projects managers, • Setup the technical/functional procedures for deploying the NGA solutions,

• Technical coordination of the project, • Follow up of the specific developments done in SAP, • Training/Caoch technical team (ABAP, ABAP Objects, BAPI, User Exit and BADI, Workflow, Performance and tuning in ABAP) • Customizing and configuration of SAP Portal according to DAAG requirements for the modules, • Design and development of ESS/MSS services, • Design and development of workflows, • Integration of BW Queries in SAP portal, • Design and implementation of the data migration process,

• Analysis and design of many modules related to Payroll process (Housing, Electricity, Loans, Contributions, legal reporting, bank transfers ...) - Payroll function modules development • Payroll data migration (SAP standard tool), • Payroll system validation via payroll checker tool, • Training of end-users.

• Blueprinting, • Design & development of specific reports on PA and Training modules in SAP R3 (ABAP, SAP Script), • Training of end-users, • Support post go-live.

• Functional analysis of customer requirement in terms of security in SAP, • Modeling & standardization of security processes, • Development of tools to use for traceability in SAP R3, • Provide support to live countries.
