Communication is about making your company, services or products known. In other words, communication allows companies to spread the image it wants to share with e.g. its customers or competitors. In order to reach out effective, smart marketing strategies is necessary. As you know, its not longer possible to reach customers today in the same way as before internet. So, considering the digitalization it would be difficult to ignore social networks when communicating. Therefore a combination of both communication channels, namely online and offline communication could be more efficient. For me, it is important to understand the customers’ needs, and to create valuable content that attracts attention, in order to achieve and sustainable competitive advantage. Finally I must say, that the best thing about marketing is probably to make customers fall in love with a brand.
