Role: Provide SAP public training in Walldorf and SAP private training at customer sites for the following courses: 1. IBP: IBP100, IBP200, IBP300 and IBP700 2. S4HANA: S420 and S425

Role: • Ensure the business draws most benefit possible from the IBP system by adhering to procedures • Remove system performance bottlenecks by improving the configuration of planning areas and dependent objects like master data types, key figures and calculations and versions • Configure new optimizer profiles, various operators, analytics charts and dash boards • Train users

I worked on the project Integrated Process & Service Excellence as expert for APO gATP, eBOPI, Product Allocations and their integration with ECC SD. My main responsibility was to: • Analyze business requirements and propose functional design options to the end-to-end process owner • Document the final design in project artifacts and syndicate it through the approval process • Support the development and implementation of the design • Create training documents

I achieved the following: • IBP: Designed and built the enterprise model in IBP Demand, Supply and Peripheral functions • APO DP and gATP: Designed and configured objected • PPDS/PPPI/CIF: Design and implement capacity planning, heuristics, optimizer and a custom solution based on the Rhythm Wheel concept. • Rolled out the solution to Asia and provided post Go-Live support
