Coteba is a Project Management and engineering Company. As part of its activities, Coteba is responsible for the management of Service Station contruction projects and related aministrative, commercial/Purchasing activities for Shell in Europe, America North and South as well as South Africa. My tasks are the following, for 12 countries in CEE, as well as the Nordics. Control of budget inputs,Financial reports for monthly invoices, bank accounts flowcharts, proper payment to contractors

Implemented Construction budget estimation and CAPEX follow up system and procedures in our European affiliates for the ExxonMobil account. This consisted in adapting and improving tools provided by the client to match the need of field engineers as well as controllers on the admin side. It implied cross business unit communication and team work as well as training of new user and providing support as the tools and processes evolved.

Contract negotiation, order management, bid process management, support to internal clients, in the services area, for the fuels and marketing business segment in France. Project Management as EM reintegrated its purchasing activities previsously outsourced to Coteba in the Asset Management area (Downstream). This implied reviews and novation of contracts, integration in ERP systems (SAP and Ariba), implementation of ordering/invoicing processes.
