 Test the ongoing development in WM with cross functional modules (MM/PP/QM/SD).  Update the training documents affected by these developments.  Raise defects in the HPQC system for results that are not as per expectation while testing.  Process Integration Testing on specific Airbus processes.

 Overall responsible for Level 2 support of the WM/MM module for APAC, Europe, Latin and North America  Direct interaction with business users  Responsible for new enhancements in the area of WM/MM which includes integration with PP and QM  Responsible for knowledge transfer of the MM/WM module (and integration with PP/QM) from global colleagues for global support

 Involved in rollout projects in SAP 4.6B and ECC6.  Direct interaction with business users.  Preparing User Training manuals and imparting training to Key users.  In-depth knowledge and hands on configuration/customizing of WM/MM/CIN.  Incident and Change management (Solution Manager).  Ensure all requests addressed by application users are handled according to agreed SLA’s.
