I am a Master's student in Renewable Energy Systems, with a strong background in analyzing and improving organizational processes. My expertise lies in Lean management and Agile methodologies, which I have successfully applied to various projects, including my Master's thesis on improving the daily business processes of a technical sales department. I am a former Lean Consultant and have implemented various tools such as 5S principles, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, and Root Cause Analysis, and many other lean tools to drive productivity and continuous improvement.     Documented and improved processes for the technical sales department, utilizing Lean management methods and conducting a Gemba Walk, process mapping, and VA/NVA analysis. I also created a "Process Strategy Chessboard" to prioritize tasks across all departments in the company. Analyzed the current department structure, and roles to identify challenges and proposed SCRUM to make the department more agile and flexible by defining Scrum roles, events, and responsibilities to effectively implement the framework.
