Über mich
I am fascinated by hotel and hospitality industry, in 2008 I got my Applied License in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the Institut Des Hautes Etudes Touristiques de Sidi Dhrif (IHET Sidi Dhrif Tunis). Since then I have gained a strong experience of 7 different five star hotels in Tunisia, Iraq and Qatar. Arabic is my mother tongue, I speak very good English (B2) and French (B2) as well as German (B1). In addition, I speak fairly Spanish and Italian. I am a very good salesman, always the leader in upselling and increasing sales (Best up-seller in Sheraton Tunis & Babylon Rotana Baghdad). My experience as a front desk agent and supervisor has enabled me to develop my skills in customer service, problem solving and multitasking while maintaining a positive attitude and warm demeanor. In my previous roles, I was responsible for overseeing and securing a team of agent smooth day-to-day operations.
