I perform functional analysis of requirements in the banking sector, as well as manual tests (with IntelliJ) in different banking channels to control functional changes and code refactoring. I track incidents through JIRA and document management of projects with Confluence, integrating these tools to obtain useful graphics for daily meetings, demonstrations and retrospectives. Good communication and teamwork are part of my daily work.

In GESTOR my work was the analysis for the improvement of the processes, and periodic reports of product quality and process indicators. As leader of the quality team, I carried out daily monitoring of tasks and incidents, as well as attention to internal and external clients. I performed manual and automated tests on investment, fiduciary, securities, auction and electronic banking systems, in projects with Bancolombia and Santander México.

I was in charge of Quality group in MAGMASOFT. I did the requirements to automate the processes of the Ministry of Environment of Ecuador. I was in charge of projects that carried out control of incidents, and functional demonstrations.

I was in charge of the Quality team and internal audits. I performed manual and automated functional tests to Versat Sarasola accounting system, for the sugar industry. I was the head of logistics and computer security supervisor.
