Recognised as PPAs 30 Under 30 in 2022, I am a product builder, customer champion and DTC strategist with 9 years experience in the digital consumer landscape. As a former Marketeer turned Head of Product, I understand what it takes to build digital products that are truly consumer-first from customer development, to proposition through to the product experience - and how to build organisations around them (KPIs, teams, capabilities etc.) to really make them succeed. Having developed, launched and iterated multiple products, albeit facing strong headwinds externally and internally, has allowed me to see through both the eyes of the customer as well as the business and - successfully - marry user and business needs. Recent notable projects include the launch of multiple digital subscription products across Hearst’s portfolio of brands as well as spearheading the transformation towards consumer-first spanning strategy, capability, marketing and product.
