Oversight control - Responsible for engaging Outsourcing Service Providers (OSP) to deliver the agreed processing quality and agreed KPI are met. - In charge of high level reviews of Corporate Action events manually posted by OSPs. - Actively monitor and resolve escalated queries from other departments to avoid impact to the NAV, support OSP finding solutions. - Ensure internal and external client satisfaction by effectively dealing with any issues that arise within the agreed Service Level Agreements.

- Providing support to the processing team in Mumbai and control over complex and time critical corporate action events and transactions; ensuring timely escalation and resolution of pertinent corporate actions issues. - Being a single point of contact for FO, clients and other departments to address any issues in processing corporate actions. - Managing and processing of specific clients and custodians’ requirements on corporate actions.
