My main accountabilities are Profit & Loss, HSE, the whole Operations of Enclosures Business along with the connection with Sales and GPG to grow. In Belgium I am part of the Board of Directors for Operations.
4 MU (DE, FR, UK, HU) and 1 DC (BE). We produce and supply EMEA, IN and Africa, the business is both "Flow and Project Business" My accountabilities are P&L, HSE, Production, Order Mmgt, Planning, QM, SCM, IE, Tech Service.
