• Serving as a service engineer for the products which are representing by the company. • Planning the maintenance and service schedule for the customers and tracking the spare part needs. Installing new machines and taking a fast action when a failure occurs. • Specialized for 5 axes CNC grinding machine (Michael Deckel). I have been performing as a Service Engineer for the customers located in Russia, Italy, Slovakia, Belgium, Hungary and Austria for a year.

• Planning the maintenance schedule for the die casting machines and for the auxiliary machines in the production. • Creating a maintenance sheets for all machines. • Communicating with the machine producer companies in case of any spare part need and keeping the critical spare parts in stock. • Creating a maintenance reports for the management team monthly.

• Making periodic maintenance of the machines in the assembly area according to the maintenance schedule. • Taking timely actions to correct errors, and bring solutions when failure occurs, ensuring quality in the work done. • Entering the records of the maintenance work into the maintenance software.
