- Working with clients to offer a solution for the Environmental Tests, answering the clients technical, budget-wise, time-wise questions, provide information related to standards and test procedures, (RTCA DO-160, MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, ISO16750, EN61373, EN60068) - Performing, conducting and supervising Environmental Tests compliance with requirements of customer specifications, - Generating detailed, unbiased and precise test reports and review reports and test records of other laboratory staff

- Trim part design for Double Cab truck (4-door truck cab), packing of systems for right side free ADR fuel tankers, chassis design for long wheelbase special heavy trucks (5500WB, 5900WB, 6000WB) - Special Vehicle Packs Prototype operations on Product Development workshop. - Quality improvements of parts used on special vehicles. - Preparing Bill of Materials (BOM) with the pre-production management team. - Designing and coordinating Six Sigma Projects with DFSS charter.

- Application of Strain Gauge, Accelerometer, LVDT and Thermocouple on test trailers. - Responsible for new products FEA with ANSYS Workbench. - Building new accelerated fatigue test plant in prototype shop for new products reliability.

- RTM & Vacuum Infusion Tool design, process design, material selection for RTM and Vacuum Infusion method composite parts (AIRBUS A350 XWB’s trailing edge, ROKETSAN’s UMTAS Rocket Case & Naval Strike Missile, TAI’s ANKA UAV) - Characterization of Composites with Tensile Tests. (ASTM D 3039) - Composite Part Design Principles and RTM Mold Design Manual Preparation.
