    Thesis title: A SiGe:C BiCMOS Ka-Band Power Amplifier •Design of 30 GHz Power amplifier (PA) using IHP 0.13µm SiGe BiCMOS technology. The circuit design and verification of simulation was performed using Agilent Advanced Design System (ADS). •The EM analysis of the inductors was done using the 3D planer software Sonnet Suites and ADS momentum. •The layout of circuit was completed using Cadence Virtuoso 6.1.5. The physical verification of layout for the LVS and DRC was performed.
