Offering a master's degree in Accounting & Finance from a prestigious institution; Virtual University of Pakistan. Good know-how of MS & Google Suite along with some other Saas & CRM software like Salesforce, Redash, Jira, Zuora, Genesys, Ring DNA, Olark, Helpshift and so on. I pay close attention to details, and have strong listening skills. I take pride in being able to take direction when I am under close supervision. I have also worked on special projects either as the lead or team member whenever necessary in a startup company. Currently, I am a first semester student in Germany but have decided to freeze my semester and work as a full time employee. I have eight years of working experience with Saas and Sales companies based out of the United States. My last position was Lead Customer Success Coordinator. I have also worked as a Sr. Enterprise Customer Success Coordinator and Technical Support Specialist as well.
