Project: Master data management Gained experience in designing dashboards that took advantage of all Tableau functions, including data blending, actions, parameters, and more. Experienced in connecting all type of data sources, and the ability to handle a large number of data sets. Good hands-on experience with Tableau and working knowledge on Power BI and SQL.

Responsible for maintaining high-quality account data and ensure that data is thoroughly validated in all the systems to enable the data clean-up process in various tools as per guidelines. Enumerated cleansing activities using MS excel, track them with business to make sure they are aligned and delivered within agreed to timelines.

Worked for VMware to understand the issues in data migration project from Oracle ERP to VMware customer portal and resolve the same. Thoroughly understand the assignment pertaining to data update on the Install Base and Service Contracts modules. Make recommendations for data quality improvements including process changes, data cleansing rule updates. Performing sample audits to ensure the accuracy of the analysis/remediation performed.

Played an active role in Sun data migration and the testing concepts and applications on Oracle R12 application for Sun Micro systems servers and other hardware. Worked on GWR (Global warranty registration) this includes updating warranty dates and changing the ownership to the end-user. Handled GWR and IB service requests simultaneously and trained the new joiners on the process and ensured a good process knowledge and productivity from them on both GWR and IB.
