I began my journey in recruitment during my university years, recognizing the incredible opportunity to assist individuals and companies in finding their perfect fit. Now I have experience in Talent Acquisition for more than 7 years, 5 of which were dedicated to recruiting talents globally (primarily in EMEA). Most of the time I've been working with technical roles in Data, Software Engineering, DevOps, QA/QE, IT areas. I specialize in building and improving recruitment processes, managing full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing. Throughout my career, I have successfully filled challenging tech roles while delivering valuable data-driven insights that transformed our recruitment strategies. Additionally, I initiated and led employer branding initiatives and played an important role in establishing a comprehensive learning path for our Hiring Managers. I take immense pride in the strong relationships I have cultivated with candidates, Hiring Managers, and my direct team.
