Hello, I am Nidhi. Currently, I am studying MBA(Master of Business Administration-European/Asian Management) at Hochshule Bremen, Germany. I am in Germany staying in Bremen. Prior to joining this course I was working as a Managing Partner at my startup in India with a focus on Human Resource Consulting. In total, I have 8 years of experience in total out of which in Human Resources i have 2.7 years of experience. I have great experience in managing team, hiring the suitable candidates. My major experience is in Technical Recruitment. I was responsible for entire recruitment life cycle. I have worked on various other HR Projects. Confident, Excellent Communicator, Empathetic, Cross Cultural team Management, Quick learner are some of my Interpersonel skills.
