I am leading the Global Business Services Engineering business focused on providing engineering services. This includes also off- and nearshoring of engineering tasks for Siemens. Driving high performing diverse team of more then1000 engineers passionate about innovation and building up culture of collaboration and inclusion. We provide engineering services in Infrastructure, Energy, Industries and Mobility business.

In my role as Senior Executive Vice President, I monitor all daily facets of the Global Region as well as define and execute sales and marketing. Build teams for sales and operational excellence and delivery of quality customer service. Grow and develop company while maintaining good relationships with customers to expand customer base and maximize profit and revenue. The Global customer services business is €1.4bn in 68 countries.

As a Senior Vice President, I managed day-to-day tasks and activities while streamlining the work of staff and ensured timely completion of tasks and operations. Supervised and executed numerous tasks, such as product management, sales, engineering, data-driven services, and development of life cycle and digital services. Spearheaded, guided, and supported more than 5100 employees in 115 countries, €1bn P&L, 38 Repair Centers and 60 Partners

In my role as Vice President, Strategy & Portfolio Management, I developed and implemented strategy and facilitate portfolio management, R&D, and merger and acquisition. Led and oversaw the development of product strategy and plans. Performed client, competitor and market analysis and identified new opportunities while taking full advantage of them.

In my role as Director West Region, I managed sales, operation, and project management. Formulized P&L for After Sales Services. Key Success: - Supervised 50 employees and managers while ensuring delivery of quality customer service. - Oversaw $150M in P&L for sales.

In my role as Business Consultant Manager, I coordinated multiple duties, including portfolio management, mergers and acquisitions, disinvestments, and carve-outs. Increased company's market position and maximized financial growth. Provided strategic input into CRM campaigns, such as customer segmentation, targeting, contact strategy, and customer retention.

As Global Lifecycle Service Manager, I operated all sales and marketing operations and oversaw P&L for business service in shipbuilding. Performed market research on competitive landscape and industry trends to keep business up to date. Trained and mentored staff to deliver professional service.
