Workshops are in a form of role play - simulating real client meetings. Has trained individuals and teams from institutions such as Citigold Private Client, Sberbank Private Banking, Raiffeisen, UniCredit, PwC, OTP, Uniqa, KBC.

Consulting financial institutions on choosing the right platforms, business models, financial products and services for their clients. Defining and implementing Client Advisory, Investment Consulting and Sales Processes based on Swiss client coverage models and standards. Identifying and putting into practice new revenue sources. Helping companies grow and expand their markets share. Advising banks, financial companies and asset managers on their strategy and helping them implement it.

Managed the Zurich based Private Banking teams with focus on Russia/CIS. Was responsible for more than 40 bankers. Restructured the Russian/CIS private banking business, by setting up teams with offshore focus on Russia, Kazakhstan and Ukraine. Managed those three teams, while actively traveled, recruited, coached and integrated new bankers. Established himself as a key member of the Russia/CIS management team, making important contributions for the division’s overall success.

Lead a multinational team of 18 bankers, managing portfolios of private banking clients from Russia, Ukraine and Central Asia. Managed a growth strategy and lead the team to overachieve defined goals with controlled risk exposure. Constantly recruited, coached and developed the team. Was a conscientious and reliable member of the Senior Management team contributing with broad specialist knowledge.

Was responsible for the marketing and distribution of Emerging Markets products to institutional investors. Worked in Mexico, New York, London, Hong Kong and Singapore. While in New York was responsible for Latin American local market products. In London, specialized in designing risk management strategies for Central and East European clients. In Asia, travelled extensively between the various JPMorgan Asian regional hubs, presenting new products and trade ideas to clients.
