This internship helped me get to know more about project management regarding environmental socio-political issues. They required from us, as interns, to be able to imagine new ways of enabling or applying in actions the ideas that were being developed in the work meetings. I also got familiar with webinar organization and how to set meetings between all members of the Foundation in an efficent way.

Evaluation of files for the opening of disciplinary administrative procedures, reports, memoranda, letters and other documents required.

Lawyer of the institute absolving legal consultations corresponding to each specific case. Responsible for writing legal reports on the applicable regulations to resolve potential conflicts between the institution and clients and/or patients.

The job demanded monitoring the investigations and judicial processes located in the project area. The tasks involved handling issues in criminal, civil, environmental and administrative matters, maintaining direct communication with judges, prosecutors and other authorities, as well as sending reports and scheduling meetings with project partners and other representatives located in the capital. In addition, legal advice was provided regarding meetings with communities, to avoid possible future conflicts.

The GSP is a Master's degree in Social Sciences where students learn to approach the world and globalization from various regional perspectives and disciplines. This programme's curriculum includes sociology, political science, anthropology and geography.

Training course at the Center of Sociological, Economic, Political and Anthropological Research (CISEPA) in coordination with the Peruvian Center for Social Studies (CEPES)

This program from ESAN University included three Diplomas of Specialization (Administrative Law, State Contracting and Arbitration) and certified the students as Arbitrators in State Contracting in coordination with the Supervisory Agency for State Contracting in Peru (OSCE).

This program allows the development of the necessary skills to analyze and implement conflict prevention and management strategies. In this way, investment projects in the mining, energy and hydrocarbon sectors will have adequate social conditions based on human and sustainable development.

During these two courses I was trained by other Mediators and Arbitrators in negotiation, alternatives methods of solving problems, and performed simulations of different scenarios to determined how and which are the best ways to find a solution between two or more parties.
