Über mich
I'm an experienced IT Project Manager with passion for the IT industry and agile approach to project management. My experience comes from leading and managing projects of various sizes (teams of 3-15 team members) in Custom Software Development, Big Data, Machine Learning and Data Science. I managed local and remote teams in Poland and Europe. Recently most of the team members are part of remote teams. I enjoy working with people and supporting their growth when possible. I’m a fan of open and honest communication. Apart from project management I really like to provide trainings people. I’ve conducted several trainings on tools (recently Azure DevOps) and processes for internal teams as well as clients. My background is also over 10 years of experience in the human resource management industry, especially in recruitment, strategic sourcing and building successful partnerships with clients and candidates. I’m passionate about running, road cycling, swimming, and gaming.
