Was hired to implement change in the company by the ownership. Starting in tooling, then production with changes and efficiency gains to increase margins. Over the 2 plus years working at Stone I had various responsibilities including all of production and tooling related activities.

I was brought to the company for technical growth (engineering) and sales relationships. Working directly with the VP of global operations (Asia and North America) and the owner.

As the CEO I was responsible for all aspect of this European based north american expansion. Business development, engineering, technical viability, managing the team, sale forecasts, reporting etc. PSG (USA) was started at the onset of a recession. Being automotive based in North America these were trying times. However sales grew yearly.

As Engineering Manager I improved workflow and efficiencies. Re-constructed the IT infrastructure and connectivity to the parent co. General manager (operations and customer service). Then CEO of North American operation.Went from 1.6m sale (-256k loss) to 4.6 m sales w profit. I facilitated the asset purchase of Softline Corp by. PSG Plastic Service Group GMBH on February 2007.

Engineering Manager: responsible for all operations related to the engineering department at that time. 2d design, 3d design, model output and orientation for tool pathing. Interaction with customers, management, shop floor to ensure a smooth launch of projects into manufacturing. In addition I was responsible for all high end CAD hardware, networking, connectivity, point to point internet for other business locations, security and OS of all computers, and peripherals.

All Mold Making related courses: CAD, higher math and design courses etc. Continued as a college course teacher in the Mold Making apprenticeship program for 6 years.
