Advising: transactions and trading activities, corporate matters, and employment related matters; contract drafting and negotiations (e.g., sales and purchase agreements, financing agreements, joint ventures, SPAs, shareholder agreements and diverse business agreements; claims handling and dispute resolution; public authority applications; corporate governance (e.g., acted as deputy board member, board- and shareholder meetings and compliance matters).

Legal assistance in negotiations and dispute resolution to the company and its European subsidiaries; drafted, reviewed, and re-negotiated various types of contracts; developed the company’s use of standard conditions of carriage and standard customer agreements; managed the company’s international dispute resolution strategy; representing the company at the Finnish Shipowners’ Association; claims related to cargo quality issues, lost/damaged cargo, title issues, and liability issues; crisis Management
