Services include the sourcing, disposition, structuring of distressed (NPL) investments in the U.S. and Europe. Specialized practice areas of the firm's members include bankruptcy and restructuring, corporate, private equity, project finance, commercial law, finance (including foreign investment), tax and regulatory matters.

Established in 2002, Summit is an international investment company that focuses on high yield debt, equity and other investments. Since inception, Summit’s exclusive joint venture partner has been Fortress Investment Group LLC (NYSE: FIG). Responsible for all legal matters for Summit and its operating companies, including distressed investments, asset acquisition, disposition and structuring, corporate and project finance, commercial contracts, governance, regulatory, litigation and human resources.

Established in 1971, Republic Financial is an international investment company with investments in commercial debt, structured finance, middle-market companies, buyouts, early state venture capital and aviation assets. Responsible for all legal matters for operating companies as well as support of Republic’s London office. Negotiated commercial aircraft financing leveraged lease and sale and leaseback transactions, participation structures and securitizations throughout US, Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Represented and advised multinational corporations in domestic and international business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, joint ventures and FCPA compliance.
