I worked in Production R&D, developing large scale algae production units for biofuel production and integrating process control systems. I also worked in Metabolic Engineering, screening yeast strains for high value biochemical secretion production as well as isolating anaerobic bacteria for biomass degradation.

• Assisted the brewmaster in the various tasks of the brewing process

I worked on various projects from desiging and building solution delivery systems to installing large scale filter presses. I was also part of a quality control team to maintain the production line.

I was responsible for the research and integration of chemical monitoring devices to 1/1000% in situ.

Performed enzymatic experiments to optimize reaction time. Produced specialty amino acids and chiral intermediates.

Worked on developing a method of purifying proteins from phospholipids using high pressure liquid chromatography
