As a research assistant at Latzer Associates Group, I am assisting with the recruitment of TOP-Executives, senior management and specialists on an international basis. At the moment I am focusing on professionals in the automotive industry.

Responsible for the full administration and coordination of house duties, schedule planning and bookings, personal service and aide to our exclusive residents for a specified time of their stay on the island. I was the intermediary between my residents and the entire holiday stakeholders. My international experience was a great asset during my stint.

To effectively and efficiently co-ordinate service team personnel within duties to maximize sales while increasing service value and experience. Duties mainly included training of service personnel in service standards, quality and techniques; serving customers; purchasing and bill processing; creating, monitoring and restructuring of social media websites; reviewing of menu prices; payroll; etc. Language used was mainly German.

Teller – Process day to day financial transaction for customers and balancing all related accounts used for the day; complete given sundry duties as assigned by my supervisor.  Junior Accounts Clerk – process customers’ wages and foreign exchange transactions. Here I achieved a product referral sale of over $500,000.00 from a prospective customer.
