As a change manager and instructional designer at Accenture I work daily on change management and training solutions for our clients. Our aim is for every project to identify the best and most effective communication and training measures as well as make sure to have the proper support from the relevant stakeholders. My main responsibilities lie in the area of stakeholder management, training and communication for big change projects resulting from IT transformations.
