- Work with existing vendors, Searching for a new vendors, manufacturers, Logistic & Transport co. (Internal and external- EU, USA, China, Turkey) - Managing stock and daily orders and ensuring stock inventory levels are adequate - Open/Close orders in Aplication - Planning delivery timetables - Interpretation of spare parts requests using part manuals and computer applications. - Determine replacement parts - Warranty claims - Business trips, to vendors and visit exhibitions

- Handle customer enquiries, answering any questions and queries in person, over the phone, or online - Provide support and comprehensive product / service information to customers - Build relationships with customers - Assist customers in making purchasing decisions - Interpretation of spare parts requests using part manuals and computer applications. - Determine replacement parts - Analyze mechanical evidence to ensure recommended repairs are justified

• Answer, in person or on the phone, enquiries from customers • Receive account payments • Take customer orders for goods and services • Promote goods and services • Explain the type and cost of services offered • Order services • Provide information about claims • Update accounts, initiate billing and process claim payments, and receive payment for services.
