• Managed and commissioned of New Paintshop Project (Powder Coating) • Realized and managing robotic automation projects which is gaining 30+ headcount in 2020 • Managing new lock assembly line robotic automation project ( 12 Headcounts reduction and %30 capacity increasing),1st step of humanless assembly line, this project is defined as a milestone of the company. • Managing new OEE tracking project which realises machine learning and predictive maintenance activities on existing AA machines

• As direct report to Head of Technical Planning Section. • Performed 3 Extrusion Lines capacity check/control to fit the strategic direction of the factory. Within this period, i realized 1 new extrusion line investment in the year of 2016. (2 mio €). • Performed 26 Injection moulding machines capacity check/control to fit the strategic direction of the factory. Withnin this period, i realized 5 (FRFI1) + 1 (FRFI2) new IMMs investment in the year of 2015. (~3 mio €)

• Accomplished of 6 Sigma Green Belt project to avoid the capacity bottleneck on existing extrusion line with 40% capacity increase rate. As a result of this, new machinery investment decision was cancelled which was forecasted in Business Plan as 1.2 mio €. • Realized a modification project at common sheet extrusion line to produce sheet + coil on the same line. (Priority-1 project because of Business continuity management for 2 main factory)

• As direct report to Hydraulic Pump Factory Production Chief. • Managed of serial production activities. • Realized avoiding waste projects on hydraulic pump production • Integrated the CAM program usage to decrease the machining time of CNC machines. • Led of new technology assembly line for hydraulic pump assembling.

• Realized natural gas piping projects for domestic and industrial usage • Managed all of supply chain, production and projects activities • Coordinated of customer relations and financial activities • Created water piping, heating projects • Created lifting equipment projects
