The MAS server providing the voice mail features support for the backend messaging servers such as Avaya MSS, Microsoft Exchange 2003/2007/2010 and IBM Domino servers using clients applications such as Telephone user interface(Aria, Audix and Serenade TUI) and email client. Performing Sanity testing, Regression testing, Integration and end to end testing.

Product : Ensim Unify Enterprise 1.0 - 1.6 (Communication Management Control). The Unify Enterprise Is the Automated Provisioning Web base Control Panel for managing the Windows Server Active Directory objects and configuring the Exchange Mailbox property. Product Backend Requirements: Windows Server 2003 R2, Exchange Server 2003/2007 and SQL server.

Writing test cases for the new feature reported and fixed defects. Planning test case execution and executing as per test plan. Functionality and integration testing. Finding and reporting bug in the bug tool Ms Product Studio and test case database was on WTT. Preparing known issue documents, status of work and Sending Status report to onsite Team Lead.
