My short but deep experience has always been oriented around "problem solving for a better experience" ranging from Travel & leisure to Hospitality Industry. I want to shape ideas into usable products with a minimalistic approach. The vision of seeing an idea turn to reality is a beautiful experience. In my journey as a UX/UI designer, I want to create an impact while learning more from each chapter.

Handled Marketing for Unplugged Courtyard, La Roca, Swad- Desh Vdesh ka in the Hospitality Sector to overall understand and create a custom "User Experience" for the patrons. Curated strategies according to brand needs along with Copy-writing for social media content,Monitored ongoing marketing campaigns and dealt with prospective clients. Handled overall company’s social media presence, PR presence.

Worked on multiple projects from scratch with stakeholders and helped them drive them. Calculated ROI's, Set timelines, Manage different departments, and work roles segregation. Rolled out a Voice Analytics tool within Makemytrip/Goibibo and with supporting vendors.Supported team to help replace existing agents system consisting of multiple tools with a single UI for overall development.
