Also, deliver the preventive action. - Leverage corrective actions and preventive actions to other products in the factory. - Lead the teams and work across functions at the factory and Design Center to dive into the root cause of the failures related to mechanical, servo control system, area. - Coaching, motivated the teams. - Hiring staff, enhancing capability and knowledge of the team.

• Launched the first successful product at the factory. • Solved the complex technical issues, conducted experiments, deployed tools and knowledge from design center to assist problem solving process at the factory. • Introduced and transferred product technical knowledge and tools from design center to the factory to ensure the product’s performance during mass production. • Defined the transfer function and ensured that parametric variation of up stream’s component were under control.

- Deliver failure analysis results in component level [Actuator of Hard Disk Drive] using the Finite Element tool, IDEAS and ANSYS. - Extensive solving the resonance/vibration/mechanical problem of Actuator and Suspension. Using Finite Element software tool as well as hardward such as LDV, DSA, shaker, etc. - Training at Design Center for 6 months to Understand the actuator/suspension designs and concepts as well as using the FEM tool in design phase.
