As the leader of the Data Solutions Management Team, I provide professional and disciplinary guidance to a team of five members, defining and executing our vision, mission, and structure. My role involves managing User Behavior Tracking as a product, creating roadmaps for high-quality tracking data, and championing a data culture within the organization. I consistently lead my team to achieve high performance aligned with business objectives.
In my role managing the operational team of five digital analytics professionals, I lead the development and alignment of the team's strategy and objectives in collaboration with senior management and other departments. My focus includes strategic resource allocation for successful implementation of tracking, data quality assurance, and reporting processes. Additionally, I actively monitor the effectiveness of digital product development, driving improvements and optimizations in data usage for the company.
In this role, I lead the development of a comprehensive group-wide data model. I spearhead the central tracking implementation process across all company domains and platforms, translating business data needs into technical requirements for engineering teams. My role extends to generating and refining reports and ad-hoc analyses, fostering a data-driven approach to product development and marketing.
As the driving force behind web and app tracking, I am responsible for the conception and implementation of these critical components. I play a pivotal role in defining group-wide e-commerce KPIs and reporting mechanisms, utilizing user data analysis and A/B testing to inform data-based recommendations for product development and online marketing. My expertise extends to monitoring and developing the web tracking infrastructure, ensuring its continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals.
