•SME for all DC Infrastructure related topics including “hands on” work like racking and stacking of IT components • Plan efficient use of Data Center space &Cabinet utilisation, working to the client Hosting Data Center Standards • Set up concepts for installing Data Center cabling for all managed solutions and internal Networks as described in design documentation and using current copper /fibre and patch paneling standards. Quality assurance of the same for the customer’s own cabling installations.

-Begleitung von Servicetechnikern auf die Rechenzentrumsfläche -First-Step-Konfiguration aktiver Komponenten nach Vorgabe -Überprüfung der Verkabelung sowie Ein- und Umbauten aktiver Komponenten nach Anweisung des Kunden.

Verantwortlich für die Kundenbetreuung -Beratung, Administration und Installation von Betriebssystemen (Windows, Unix basiert). -Installation von Software und Wartung von sicherheitsrelevanten Softwarelösungen (Anti-Malware, Antivirus) -Troubleshooting und zeitnahe systematische Fehlereingrenzung und -beseitigung.

Verantwortlich für die IT Hardware und Softwarebetreuung der Bankfiliale.
