Production Manager for a Tier one Japanese supplier of Ignition Coils for Automotive Industry * Responsible for 3 shift operation, including maintenance, plastic injection molding, assembly, and coil winding. This is a non-union facility with 100 employees. * Successfully turned back an UAW Union drive. * Successfully built inventories for a new product launch for Chrysler. * Implemented interactive safety devices that allowed plastic injection presses to be run from both sides.

Operations Manager for an Automotive Interior Trim manufacturer. * Responsible for all production operations at Plant 1, and 425 union employees. * Successfully set up plant for Flow through manufacturing reducing work in process inventory. * Successfully lead plant operations through QS re-certification. * Lead Program Management team in implementing two new product lines.

Plant Manager for a custom builder of metal cabinets, and components for the electronics industry. * Supervised 30 Hourly Employees in a Non-union environment. * Operation included two CNC Rotary Stamping Presses, a Laser Metal cutting Machine, as well as Press Brakes, Welding operations, and finishing operations. * Implemented a new material control and scheduling software package.
