In my current capacity, I serve as a team lead, overseeing the operational plan and strategy for the onshore installation project manager team in central Europe, where we manage an annual capacity of over 1GW with a team of 7 FTEs. Simultaneously, I actively engage as an Installation Project Manager, handling 10+ onshore wind projects annually.

I have worked as an offshore operations engineer carrying out the following tasks: • Handling the end of warranty process for the wind farms GOW01+02 (+500MW) • Planning and preparing the offshore operations for the wind farm program BRK03+GOW03 (+1.3GW) including the harbor, logistics, vessels and maintenance concepts • Developing the HV transmission operations concept for the North-East America offshore wind farm program (+1.7GW) • Setup the Offshore Construction Office for GOW03+BRK03 (+1.3GW)

I wrote my master thesis in cooperation with DTU and the hydrogen department of Ørsted to plan a power-to-liquid (PTL) setup in the greater area of Copenhagen. The thesis deals with the potential and feasibility of green hydrogen as a basis for synthetic produced sustainable aviation fuel. In my thesis I have managed to fulfill objectives from both sides, the academic and industrial perspective.

During my master programme I work as a student assistant in the Bioenergy and Market department at Ørsted. My main tasks are: • support the Gas and Power Portfolio team with various adhoc tasks • perform commercial analyses in the gas, assets and storage market • investigate new innovative business development opportunities regarding future commodities and energy carrier • handle and coordinate IT projects among several stakeholders

The topic of my Bachelor thesis was production and logistics optimization. During my thesis I reached the following achievements: • Designed a structural component (with PTC Creo) to increase the transport efficiency within the intralogistics • Analysed productionally and economically key factors numerous departments • Researched, contacted and negotiated with future suppliers • Created an optimization concept to increase performance • finished my bachelor thesis with the best possible grade

As one of the market leaders for aluminium crankcases in the premium segment, Rheinmetall provides their customer with high quality cylinder blocks, pistons and crankcases. Employed as an intern in the department of development my assignments were: • To support the prototype department in developing of the productionline • To carry the prototype series through the manufacturing process, while matching all quality approaches and planning delivery dates • To analyse and optimize different production steps

During my internship I worked with their leading Engineers and production managers in the area of assembly, production, repairs as well as product development and planning. I was trained to be competent in the following areas: • Manual and Machine processing methods of metal • Measuring and Quality Inspection • Heat and surface treatment of materials • Project planning

Working for Freudenberg Filtration Technologies KG have been my first experiences in the production industry. I was employed as a fulltime holiday worker in the production with the obligation to shift work.
