I have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, specializing in WEB Developing and Computer Networks, from the University of Business and Technology (UBT) in Pristina, Kosovo. I have 4 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), working with BluePrism, ServiceTrace X1 Design Studio, REST API, and a little bit of UiPath. 4 years of experience in accounting/management where I've mastered Microsoft Excel. Additionally, I have one year of experience in WEB Development, and I'm currently learning more programming languages.
