MY ROLE I was the first person in the company and as such have created the go to market approach, the training programme, career development plans, have hired, mentored and trained Resourcers and Consultants into accomplished 360 billers but more importantly signed our very first client and won our first deal. Now I lead and manage both permanent and contract recruitment whilst also billing and winning new clients, actually being awarded Sales Consultant of the year along the way.

Leading recruitment activities in the Data Centre and Cloud technology division, I complete the full 360 recruitment role as well as team leading +5 personnel. My duties include head hunting, liaising with clients and candidates, working with our research team and consultants, closing deals and bringing in business across EMEA, APAC, CALA & Americas regions.
