My expertise is mainly in the field of Immunology, with the focus on T/B cell interaction, I worked with many techniques during conducting my protocols: -Experience in sterile cell culture (including cell culture of established cell lines, isolation and culture of primary cells) -Worked with flow cytometry/FACS. -Viral supernatant production and viral transduction of primary cells and cell lines. -Molecular biology methods( PCR, DNA purification,...) I also worked and obtained a good experience in protein biochemistry. Expressing proteins of interest such as Cytokines(eg. IL-2), enzymes in bacterial strains and purify them for further use. Beside all the related lab techniques such as chromatography, I am able to analyze the protein structure with available software.
