• Specialize in the Oil & Gas and Energy sector, responsible for sourcing technical contract engineers and professionals. • Place and mobilize expat engineers and specialists from UK, Australia, US, Singapore, Europe to O&G projects in China. • In charge of more than 40 engineers on Dana Petroleum FPSO Project and 6 specialists on MOL LNG Carrier Project. • Visit project sites in major marine fabrication cities for market research and conduct business development activities.

Represent Proppant Solutions in China, Coordinate and ensure smooth execution of ceramic proppants importing contracts. Attend conventions and conferences related to hydraulic fracturing process of oil and gas drilling. Conduct factory inspections and perform quality control at shipping ports and manufacturing sites. Mitigate cultural or contractual conflicts and provide insights as to how to overcome cultural barriers.

• Responsible for Executive Floor daily operations, ensure quality VIP service and customer satisfaction. • Make monthly budget for sector operation, monitor revenue and cash flow of Executive floor. • Manage and train Executive Floor team and ensure that they’re at their best to consistently provide excellent service.
