Your Tasks:
- You create analyses and evaluations with MS-Excel for our Compensations & Benefits department
- You develop process trainings and training materials with authoring tools, SAP Enable Now and PowerPoint
- Therefore you work closely with our HR Talent Management team
- You test and evaluate workflows and applications
- You support us in improving our compensation processes
Your Profile:
- You are successfully attending a technical or mathematical course of studies, for example industrial engineering, computer science or similar
- Numbers, data and facts are your passion
- You like to work with MS-Excel and have a profound, in-depth knowledge of it
- You can clearly illustrate your results in PowerPoint presentations
- Ideally, you have already worked with authoring tools
- You are able to work in German and English language
