Position Overview
This individual will be responsible for helping to drive the strategy and execution of Paylocity’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) goals and strategy. This role is responsible for ensuring CSR activities and corporate giving are in alignment with Paylocity’s overall business and CSR strategies.

Primary Responsibilities

  • In collaboration with and oversight from Director of DEIA/CSR manage the planning and execution of CSR initiatives, programming, and activities across business areas, based on established CSR strategy.
  • Monitor and track CSR activities and provide measurements of program impact to the business and department strategic goals.
  • Requests and reviews partner organizations’ annual impact reports, and provides Director, DEIA/CSR with updates on how Paylocity supports the organization and the work that the organization has completed.
  • In collaboration with and oversight from Director of DEIA/CSR, develop creative strategies to drive and promote Paylocity’s VIA benefits.
  • In collaboration with and oversight from Director of DEIA/CSR, develop creative strategies to drive and encourage employee charitable donations.
  • Responsible for the oversight of the Peter J. McGrail Scholarship program
  • Responsible for the oversight and execution of Paylocity’s quarterly week of giving.
  • With and oversight and direction from Director of DEIA/CSR, collaborate with Paylocity’s internal and external communications teams, to align with Paylocity branding, strategy, and communication, relative to CSR efforts, based on established CSR strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote Paylocity’s social and corporate responsibility initiatives, based on established CSR strategy.
  • Monitors and manages relationships with vendor and partner organizations and provides Director of DEIA/CSR with regular feedback on organization and partner activity.

Required Education and Experience

  • BA/BS or master’s degree in Non-Profit Management or related field
  • Minimum 5 years working in non-profit organization or corporate community programming.
  • Must be able to demonstrate prior success in progressive approaches to CSR programming.
  • Must be able to demonstrate strong business acumen.
  • Must be able to demonstrate prior success in leading people and/or groups, formally or informally.
  • Must be able to demonstrate prior success in developing partnerships, externally, with team members, and business leaders.
  • Must be able to demonstrate prior success in managing deadlines for deliverables.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker
  • Strong presentation and written communication skills
  • Must be able to demonstrate success managing multiple tasks and priorities while keeping the needs of the business top of mind.
  • Must be able to demonstrate strong organization and planning skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • High degree of integrity and ability to work with confidential information.

This role can be performed from any office in the US. The pay range for this position is $75,000-$107,400/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here.
