Service Technician (m/f/d)

We carry out maintenance and service on automated storage systems and on material handling systems. THEN THESE WILL BE YOUR TASKS:
- You are the TELOGS service specialist on site our customers and carry out maintenance, inspections , and tests.
- You are responsible for customer service and will be the contact person even when you are not on site. You plan your operations together with the central operation al planning team.
- You arrange and document reports of your customers such as inventory so that you are able to come up with solutions at any time.
YOU NEED THIS:
- You have a r elevant education as an I ndustrial M echanic ( m / f /d) , as a M echatronic T echnician ( m / f /d) , as an E lectronic – I ndustrial Technician ( m / f /d) , or equivalent. Alternatively, you have prior experience in the field of maintenance, electrical engineering, drive and control – technology .
- You are mission oriented and show a high c u st o mer and service provider orientation .
- You show strong communication skills internally and towards our customers .
- You know what it means to show responsibility, re li abil ity , and quality awareness and value those .
- You have a valid driver ́ s license in class B, are adventurous and ready for on – site appointments in Germany, Europe or rather worldwide.
- You are suitable for heigh ts . Meaning th a t you don’t mind working in high – bay warehouses to perform secured work.
- You are ready to perform on – call duty in agreed intervals for unexpected customer assignments. Furthermore, you are willing to occasionally travel on weekend s .
- You are ready for an exciting continuously growing scope of duties in a n environmental family ow ned business.
