Your role

Do you have the know-how to apply business analysis techniques to deliver banking IT projects? Do you want to use both your technical skills and business functional expertise to help our projects succeed?

We’re looking for a Tech business analyst to:

• deeply understand the business needs of our stakeholders, act as their voice within the Pod and transform requirements into epics and user stories to achieve business goals
• structure requirements, write user stories/specifications and work with development team for software delivery within an Agile framework
• identify people and systems impacted by functional and non-functional requirements
• identify opportunities to improve our processes
• be part of the pod’s production support rotation, assisting with root cause analysis and identifying issues that need to be refined for development

Your team

You will work in a highly collaborative environment with colleagues from globally diverse backgrounds and skillsets coming together to solve challenging problems as a team. As part of an agile environment, you will deliver business-driven enhancements in the Client Reviews product family based in Zürich or Lausanne, Switzerland. Our role is to design and implement innovative IT solutions to help prevent, detect, and report on financial crimes and terrorist financing activities.

Your expertise

• professional experience working in a fully Agile environment with a global setup
• business requirements grooming and translating them into suitable, cost-effective technology solutions for implementation
• strong process flow analysis skills and use case modelling from an end-to-end perspective
• good understanding of web-based technologies including multi-tier applications and security standards
• vetting of business change requests and assessing proposed solutions with the dev team

You may also have:

• experience with Java, SQL or any scripting languages, API/REST
• experience with cloud-based environments: Microsoft Azure, Azure AD
