Implemented fully automatize production cells with robots for high volume products - electronic parts for automotive, side trims and interior design parts

Effectively managed operations, sales and strategic directions of three regional sites in Poland, Germany and UK with full P&L responsibility, ensuring synchronized pursuit of corporate objectives while also guiding local managers to accomplish goals. Production of casting, moulds, precision parts, cast iron & bronze products, CNC machining, welding & surface treatment for automotive, glass and other applications. Spearhead vison, strategy, and execution of global business operations.

Directed all facets of the manufacturing, purchasing and sales initiatives for the company producing pumps for automotive, water and waste water, medical, filtration, food & beverage. Canvassing new management methods and procedures (Lean, Six sigma). Improving existing operations processes, restructuring the company, productivity increase, waste reduction, headcount reduction, sales volume increase . ISO9001, OHSAS, TS16949, HACCP, FDA certification.

Directed overall operation and P&L managment for company producing corrugated board, full packaging solutions and from design to production of packaging and displays for pharmacy, FMCG, automotive, cosmetic and electronic industries. Planning, developing and implementing strategies to achieve established objectives and investments that drive revenue. Forecasting and optimizing the cost structure, creating and implementing the financial budget according to forecasts.

Starting and developing new productions site in Poland producing printing & embossing forms, machines and tools for printing (machining processes, coper plating, chroming, nickel plating, laser, engraving – green field project in Poland and brownfield in Russia) Transfer of steel foam production from Germany to Poland – brown field project.
