As part of the Dev ops specialist, I was part of the key migration of Data from Sybase to Oracle migration. This application users are from SAS and back end was migrating to Oracle. Key role as part of this role was completely build the design of the Oracle Database. Was involved in complete scratch of the project, deciding the version of the Database, Type of OS and storage to be used.

2 years of experience in Big Data Analytics with Hadoop ecosystem including (HDFS, MapReduce, HBase, Hive, Pig, Spark, Impala and Solr Search). Good Understanding of Exadata features like smart scan, HCC and smart scan. Monitoring file system threshold for all Exadata server, non-Exadata server and cluster databases. Optimizing Oracle Optimization platform (CBO) for core OLTP systems.

Extensively working with cloud based database environments preferably AWS cloud. Migrated the current Linux environment to AWS/RHEL Linux environment and used auto scaling feature.First hand experiences in setting up Oracle Golden Gate one-way, two-way/bi-directional, active-to-active and active-to-passive data replication with conflict detection and resolutions. Extensive skills in upgrading OGG 11gR2 to 12c, configuring OGG in RAC high available environment.
